How do I carry out my Pre-Check in?
  • You will receive an e-mail two weeks prior to your arrival date with access information to complete it. Click the “Start Pre-check in” button and follow the steps.
When can I do it?
  • It will become available from two weeks to 24 hours before your arrival date.
What information do I need?
  • You need to have the following information and documents for guests in the reservation:
    • Full Name
    • Date of birth
    • E-mail
    • Passport *
* Passport is not required for minors.
What happens if I don’t do my pre-check in?
  • This process is one of the new standards of our Pueblo Bonito CARE Pledge, it helps you minimize physical contact when checking in at the front desk. It is required, however, if for any reason you are unable to do it, you must notify the hotel reception team and physically register at the front desk upon arrival at the resort.
Is there a cost?
  • No, it is completely free.
How can I pre-check in if I booked through a third party (travel agency/online agency)?
  • If you booked through a third-party, please contact our reservations department and ask for your email address to be added to your reservation.
What if I have more than one reservation under the same name?
  • If you have more than one reservation, you will have to carry out the process for each one of your reservations. Fill out the details of each one of the guests in every reservation.
Should every guest in the reservation carry out its own pre-check in?
  • The reservation holder must carry out the pre-check in for all guests. Keep in mind that the following information will be required:
    • Full Name
    • Date of birth
    • E-mail
    • Passport *

What should I do if I don’t have all guests’ information on hand?
  • You can forward the pre-check in email to your travel companions and the system will pick up, right where you left it, so that they can add their passports or any additional information.
Do I need a special ID for minors under my reservation?
  • No ID or passport is required for minors.
What type of identification do I need?
  • Passport is the only valid identification we accept.
What can I do if the pre-check in freezes or if it is not working?
  • Please close the window browser and open it again. The system will automatically pick up right where you left it.

What can I do if I didn’t receive the pre-check in e-mail?
  • Please contact our support team at: appsupport@pueblobonito.com make sure to include your full name, reservation number and e-mail address.
What type of device can I use to pre-check in?
  • You can use your smartphone or computer. We recommend using a smartphone for an easier way to add your passport.
What happens if I have a guest certificate?
  • If the reservation is not under your name, the owner must do as follows:
    • Contact our reservations department and request the name change to the reservation.
    • Forward the Pre-check in e-mail to the guest in order to access and carry out the pre-check in.
The guest certificate will have to be shown upon check-in, in case that the reservation is not under the same name as of the guest.
Why do you need my information and passport?
  • Your passport is required in order to validate your identity at the time of check-in at the hotel. Adding it during the pre-check in will allow you to save time and minimize physical contact at the front desk.
